It's rare that I am impressed by a company these days, but Andy's attention to detail is amazing. He was very detail oriented and not only completed the cleaning of my ductwork to an excellent standard, he also repaired any issues with it to ensure it was operating at its best. I was having a dank smell when the AC ran, but now it smells lovely and I couldn't be happier. In addition to that he pointed out areas in my crawlspace I need to address that weren't even related such as moisture issues and insulation problems. I would highly recommend if you want a great job at a great value.

Andy encapsulated & insulated our very (very very) narrow crawl space. He was extremely thorough with his prep work, cleaned up the site everyday and kept us updated on each stage of the project. When asked to do more than we originally hired him for, he did not hesitate to tackle my request. I could tell a difference immediately in our 115+ year old home and our winter heating bill was far less than previous years. I highly recommend Andy, he absolutely exceeded our expectations!

When my husband and I bought our home in Lexington, given that the house was built in 1965, we knew would find some issues that needed attention, but we were prepared. There was no evidence that the duct-work in the home had ever been cleaned. When I took some registers off the walls, I could see the accumulation of years and years of dust and who knows what else. So, we knew we needed a professional to clean our duct-work, someone who you treat our house as if it was their own. We did our research and hired Andy, the owner of Breathe Easy Duct Cleaning, LLC. Andy was easy to communicate with, offered fair pricing and he arrived for the scheduled appointment on time. He was courteous and removed his work shoes before entering the home. He brought professional equipment for the job and provided us with many before and after pictures. He cleaned each individual register and duct from the inside of the home and then went into the crawlspace to clean the duct-work closer to our HVAC system. He cleaned up after he was done and appeared to be sincerely grateful for our business. We feel very fortunate to have found Andy. In our humble home-owner's opinion, he is the best of the best.
